1. About these terms

These Terms govern access to the Rankora website and purchases of digital template products. By placing and paying for an order, you agree to the terms and the applicable License Terms.

2. Ordering and payment

Orders begin as requests. Rankora may confirm product details, pricing and license scope by email before sending a payment link. An order is accepted when payment is successfully completed and confirmed.

3. Digital delivery

Products are supplied digitally, typically as Canva template links, PDFs or other listed files. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address used for the order and for saving delivered materials.

4. Intellectual property

All original Rankora designs, layouts, branding, source files and product descriptions remain protected intellectual property. Purchasing a product grants only the usage rights described in the relevant license.

5. Customer responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, infringe third-party rights, redistribute restricted files or use Rankora products unlawfully.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, replace or discontinue products, pricing or website content. Confirmed paid orders remain governed by the terms and license supplied or in force at the time of purchase, subject to applicable law.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy and is subject to any mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rankora is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or templates. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
