Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of rankoradigital.xyz and any services provided by RANKORA LLC ("RANKORA," "we," "us," or "our"). By contacting us, requesting a quote, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

RANKORA provides SEO, digital marketing, web design, and web development services. Every engagement is scoped individually — there is no fixed-price package. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for your project are agreed in writing (email or a written quote) before work begins.

Quotes and pricing

Pricing shown on our website reflects typical ranges only and is not a fixed offer. Your final price depends on the scope, complexity, timeline, and requirements of your specific project, and is confirmed with you before any work starts.

Payment

• Once scope and price are agreed, we issue a secure Stripe payment link or invoice for the agreed amount.
• For larger projects, we may request a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on completion or per an agreed milestone schedule.
• Payment is due within the timeframe stated on the invoice or payment link unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access, information, and feedback reasonably required for us to complete the agreed work, and to use our deliverables in compliance with applicable laws.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for your project. RANKORA retains the right to showcase completed work in a general portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Cancellations

You may cancel a project before work has started for a full refund. Once work has begun, fees paid for work already performed are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Limitation of liability

RANKORA provides services on a reasonable-efforts basis. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control (search engine algorithms, market conditions, and third-party platforms). To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.

Termination

Either party may end an ongoing engagement with reasonable written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
