This page explains the intended license structure for Rankora products. Replace or review this policy with qualified legal counsel before launch.

Important: Purchasing a template grants a license to use it; ownership of the underlying Rankora design system and source product remains with Rankora unless expressly transferred in writing.

Basic — Personal / Internal Use

  • Use templates for your own personal projects or internal non-client work.
  • Edit colors, typography, images and text for your own use.
  • No client work, resale, redistribution or sublicensing of editable files.

Standard — Commercial Use

  • Use templates in your own commercial business and public-facing marketing.
  • Create finished end products such as posts, PDFs or presentations for your business.
  • May be used for limited client deliverables where the client receives the finished output, not the reusable editable source pack.
  • No resale or redistribution of the editable template files.

Pro — Extended Commercial Use

  • Includes Standard rights plus broader recurring use across campaigns and client projects.
  • Suitable for professionals producing a higher volume of finished deliverables.
  • Editable source templates may be adapted for project work but may not be sold as templates, bundled into another template library or publicly distributed.

Ultimate — Broad Commercial Use

  • Includes the broadest standard commercial rights within the selected product line.
  • Best suited to teams or high-volume businesses using the assets repeatedly across operations and marketing.
  • Does not automatically include unrestricted resale of source files.

Agency / Reseller Rights

Agency/Reseller products are intended for studios, consultants or sellers that need expanded permissions. The exact rights depend on the tier and written order confirmation. Where resell rights are included, they apply only to the specific pack and conditions described at purchase.

Never allowed without written permission

  • Claiming the original Rankora source design as your own intellectual property.
  • Giving away, uploading or sharing the original editable source pack publicly.
  • Using the files in unlawful, deceptive, hateful or infringing content.
  • Reselling source templates when your tier does not expressly permit it.
