Open the supplied Canva template link, choose “Use template” or make a copy, then replace text, colors, imagery and brand elements. A free Canva account is enough for many templates; any Canva Pro-only assets should be identified before purchase.

Yes, depending on your tier. Basic is intended for personal/internal use. Standard, Pro and Ultimate include increasing commercial-use rights. Reselling or redistributing editable source templates requires an Agency/Reseller license or explicit written permission.

Click “Request This Pack,” submit the contact form, and we will confirm the exact pack, tier and license by email. After confirmation, you will receive a payment link. Digital files are delivered after payment is verified.

For standard catalog packs, delivery is typically sent shortly after payment confirmation during normal operating hours. Add your final service window here before launch, for example “within 1 business day.”

Because digital products can be accessed and copied immediately, purchases are generally final once files or template links are delivered, except where required by law or where a file is materially defective and cannot be corrected. See the Refund Policy for details.

Commercial tiers may allow use in your own business or client deliverables, but they do not automatically allow sharing editable source templates with third parties. Agency/Reseller licensing is the best fit when editable files need broader controlled use.
