Because every RANKORA project is custom-scoped, our refund policy is straightforward and tied to whether work has started.
If you've paid a deposit or the full project amount and we have not yet started work on your project, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us at contact@rankoradigital.xyz to request it, and we will process it back to your original payment method through Stripe within a reasonable timeframe.
Once work has started on your project — including research, audits, drafts, design work, development, or any other agreed deliverable — payments made are non-refundable. This reflects the time and resources already committed to your project.
For larger projects billed in milestones, each milestone payment becomes non-refundable once work on that milestone has begun. Milestones not yet started remain eligible for a refund if you choose to cancel.
If you're not satisfied with a deliverable, contact us first — we will work with you to revise the deliverable within the agreed project scope. Refunds for completed work are considered on a case-by-case basis only where we have failed to deliver what was agreed in the original scope.
